In the heart of River North, Marlowe Apartments provides high end amenities and living. Adjustable provided general contractor client Power Construction and owner LMC with an extensive list of value engineering to optimize structural design and efficiency. Adjustable was able to complete the project over four weeks ahead of schedule, while still maintaining the high level of finish at the exposed concrete surfaces. Three crane-set cores required careful consideration for selection of rapid-cycling core formwork. Adjustable achieved a three day cycle on the typical tower levels.
