14th & Wabash

14th & Wabash is a two-tower apartment structure by Developer CMK. Adjustable teamed up with Clark Construction on the project, which included complex form lined architectural walls at the entry lobby. Additionally, because the building is in close proximity to the building next door, the south shear walls required complicated formwork. Despite these challenges, Adjustable was able to accelerate the start of the south tower to deliver both structures ahead of schedule.

14th & Wabash is located just one block south of 1333 & 1345 S Wabash Apartment projects completed for CMK in 2014. As with other CMK & Adjustable partnerships, the project features substantial use of architecturally exposed concrete, including exposed columns, planter walls, ceilings, and lobby walls.
