Adjustable Forms is proud to be recognized for the third time with the EFCO Form Marks Safety Award. Previously, Adjustable Forms received the award in 2003 for the 400 North LaSalle Project, and in 2009 for the work developing and implementing Safety Screenwall systems on three projects that year.
