At 53rd & Cornell, located in Chicago’s historic Hyde Park neighborhood, included a tricky radial slab-edge floor plate. Despite the challenge involved, Adjustable achieved a 3-day pour cycle and alignment with the window system. We also provided custom formwork and complex framing, which was required because the build included 25 foot tall sloping transfer columns as well as 15 foot tall amenities floor architectural columns.

53rd & Cornell is the second apartment tower that Adjustable has built for the developer-contractor team of Silliman Group & Linn-Mathes.
