Originally conceived as a structural steel project, 633 S LaSalle Co-Living was not meeting the developer's budget expectations. Adjustable worked with the Engineer of Record and Construction Manager to evaluate an all cast-in-place concrete solution that helped drive cost and schedule savings. Built on a small South Loop site in Downtown Chicago, the site presented challenges being bound on three sides by adjacent buildings.
