Clark & Grand Hotels

This 20 story hotel project features three distinct hotel brands in one structure. Catering to business travelers with various needs, Clark & Grand Hotels will feature 621 units split between the ALOFT, Hyatt Place, and Fairfield Inn & Suites brands. The three core walls were placed utilizing hydraulic self-rising cores. The post-tensioned flat-plate slabs were split at a central pour strip at the crotch of the “L” shaped structure. Both the north and south phases were placed on rapid three day pour cycles. A heavily reinforced drive-through slab runs through the south leg of the tower. At the lobby of the ALOFT hotel, Adjustable Forms is providing its concrete polishing services.
