Vertical expansion of life science
Expanding on the Harper Court mixed use development, Innovation Labs at Harper Court adds parking and life science office space to Hyde Park. Keeping the existing retail tenants and parking garage open during construction was a priority for the client. Adjustable developed a custom reshoring scheme that allowed the construction loads during placement to be driven safely into the column grid. The vertical expansion includes both parking and amenities space over the existing parking structure, as well as a second structural steel tower with concrete core and composite metal decks.
