Leveraging concrete for a partial structure to meet the client's needs
In some cases our clients prefer to explore other structural materials for the superstructure. As an affordable housing project on Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood, the client desired to utilize a light gauge prefabricated wall panels system for the residential levels. Adjustable provided concrete for the shallow foundations, full height cores, and parking podium. While small in scope, the project had extremely complex ramping and challenging formwork geometry.
